- Promotional fares
- Specific seats
- Specific flight schedules
- Continued availability of any travel product
Prices are not guaranteed until booking confirmation has been completed.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
My Booking Trips is not responsible for:
- Flight delays
- Flight cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Hotel overbookings
- Service interruptions
- Lost baggage
- Supplier insolvency
- Transportation disruptions

Any claims relating to travel services must be addressed directly with the applicable supplier.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, modifications, credits, and refunds remain subject to the policies of the respective travel supplier.
Refund eligibility depends entirely upon the supplier’s rules and fare conditions.
My Booking Trips cannot guarantee approval of refund requests.
Any service fees, consultation fees, processing fees, or administrative fees charged by My Booking Trips may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including:

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid directly to My Booking Trips.
